Hello all, it has been a while since I last posted. I have now moved from the prairies of Saskatchewan to Vancouver to pursue 3D modeling as a career. Hey all,
I have recently began a new project with my Dad called Smudgy Pictures We have decided to take one picture everyday for 365 days. So far we are 16 in to it and it is quite fun. The camera I am using is a Canon Rebel T1i, with both 18-55mm lens and a 75-300mm lens.

Lately it has been raining around here, lots. So I spent time around my house taking pictures of different objects, and simply testing things out with my camera. This weekend is supposed to be nice, so I hope to actually be able to get out and take some pictures.

Fantastic Week

What a fantastic week this is turning out to be. On Monday my Canon EOS Rebel T1i came, and today the new MacBook Pros have been launched! I have been waiting to buy a MacBook Pro for quite some time now, so it is nice to finally see the new ones released. Here are the specs for the one I plan on buying:
2.66GHz Intel Core i7
8GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM – 2x4GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm
MacBook Pro 15-inch Hi-Res Glossy Widescreen Display

The weather where I live does not seem to go along with this fantastic week. Right now it is raining and not very pleasant outside, so I was not able to get out and take pictures with my camera. I did however take some pictures inside my house:

Hey all, I have just bought a Canon Rebel T1i! I am planning on turning Raive Studios into more of a photo/video website rather than a blog. I will still be running WordPress, but I will also be running PictureMe to display and archive my photos.
Just thought I would post an update. Keep checking back to see the pictures which I will start posting!

Wow, it has been a long time since i have posted here, First off Happy New year everyone!
Since it is the new year, here are some of my resolutions:
1. Learn Maya by Summer
2. Learn Physx in 3Ds Max
3. Launch a game
5. Drink more water
6. Try different types of tea
7. Buy a MacBook Pro (should be an easy one )
8. Learn to cook (not really something I am into, but I have to learn it)
9. Sell a 3D content pack
10. Launch Faintmedia V3 along with getting the forums more active
